Improve health, wellbeing and performance through
regular relaxation and optimal breathing techniques
A great deal of empirical research shows that breathing regulation has a favourable impact on high blood pressure.
The management of high blood pressure is not always an easy thing; a great deal of therapy combination has to be applied, all that exists of relaxation exercises, breathing exercises and psychotherapy terchniques, including processing trauma.
In addition to this, for the serious cases frequent medication is necessary. For patients that do not suffer a serious form of hyper tension, but who are borderline, breathing regulation remains, next to the other techniques already named, an essential contribution to providing an effective, preventative therapy. ??
The Respilex training remains the most effective indicator for regulating breathing. So far it has produced better results than frequently used techniques (such as yoga, techniques based on counting, breathing instructions etc.)

Patient or not?
It is important to know that many GP’s are strongly adverse to starting to give medication at the first signs of high blood pressure.
On the one hand there is the stigmatisation ( the patient having the idea that they are now ill) and on the other the annoying and sometimes risky side-effects that can arise.
